Principles of basic manufacturing of clean mats 1) There should be no spring on the mat floor (all dust, foreign hair jams) 2) The top of the mat must not have screws (safety issue due to loosening of screws). 3) Mat structure should be triple-structured (a phenomenon of bending or unevenness occurs due to multiple uses) 4) Mat balls should not be used as beads. (There are many ASs where the balls fall out when used frequently.) 5) Domestic and overseas patent certificates related to mats (required to have electrical safety certificates)

3. 클린매트 기본 제작 원칙

1) 매트 바닥에 스프링이 있으면 안됩니다(모든 먼지 , 머리카락 이물 걸림 현상 발생)

2) 매트 상판에 나사가 있으면 안됩니다.(나사 풀림으로 안전성 문제)

3) 매트 구조는 3중 구조 이어야 한다.(다중 이용으로 휘거나 울퉁불퉁 해지는 현상 발생)

4) 매트 볼을 구슬로 사용하면 안됩니다.(자주 사용 시 볼이 빠지는 AS 다수 발생)

5) 매트 관련 국내 및 해외 특허증 보유 업체(전기안전인증서 보유필수)
